We request that the guitar be returned using a secure, traceable shipping service, in its original packaging. A refund will be processed upon the item's return, minus any applicable customs duties or taxes for international purchases.

    Change of Heart: We understand that sometimes, a guitar may not meet your expectations in person as it did online. For these situations, we offer the possibility to return the guitar within 14 days from the delivery date, provided it is in the same condition as when it was sent out. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any related fees.

    Return Conditions: We reserve the right to assess the guitar upon return and refuse a refund or apply a deduction if:
