Custom Products: All of our products are custom-made to order. Due to the personalised nature of our items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products unless they are faulty or not as described.
Faulty Products: If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, please contact us within [Specify Time Frame, e.g., 7 days] of receiving your order. You will need to provide a photo and a detailed description of the fault. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind: Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, wrong size selection, or any similar reason. This is because each product is uniquely printed to order, just for you.
Process for Handling Faulty Products
Reporting a Fault: Contact us immediately if you believe your product is faulty. Provide your order number, a photo, and a detailed description of the issue.
Evaluation: We will assess your claim as quickly as possible. If the product is determined to be faulty due to manufacturing issues, we will offer you the option of a replacement or a refund.
Replacement or Refund: If a replacement is requested, we will produce and send a new product at no additional cost to you. If a refund is preferred for a faulty product, it will be issued to the original method of payment.
Returns Due to Delivery Failure
Undelivered Items: If an item is returned to the sender due to delivery failure (e.g., incorrect address provided by the customer, unclaimed packages), we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Time Frame for Faulty Products
Reporting Period: Faulty products must be reported within 28 days after dispatch. We can only offer replacements for claims made within this time frame. Refunds are not available after 28 days post-dispatch for faulty items.
