Returns Policy:
In-Store Purchases: Products bought in-store are sold as seen, tried, and tested, and therefore, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on these items.
Returns for Damaged Items: We accept returns for guitars damaged in transit if notified within 48 hours of delivery. The guitar should be promptly returned via a tracked service, fully protected using the original packaging. The buyer will be refunded, excluding any import/tax duties incurred for international sales.
Shipped Guitar Returns: For shipped guitars, returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided the guitar is received in identical condition. The buyer is responsible for all postage and associated costs.
Return Conditions: The buyer's responsible for returning guitars in the same condition as sold. We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge compensation if:
-
The guitar exhibits wear and tear, including chips, dings, scratches, or any alterations such as adding stickers or writing.
-
The item has been modified, including pickup changes, replacement parts, removal of plastic wrap/stickers, soldering, or de-soldering of electrical components.
-
Any components, accessories, or packaging are missing, such as cases, tags, case candy, tremolo arms, case keys, tools, certificates, or factory-sealed bags.
-
The item is returned without prior notification.
Refund Process: For outright purchases, a returned guitar will be refunded via its original payment method. If a guitar was acquired through a 'trade-in,' it can be exchanged for another in-stock guitar.
Trade/Part-Exchange Transactions: Trades/part-ex transactions are final, and we cannot return a guitar that has been traded in or sold to us under any circumstances.
Made-to-Order Merchandise: Due to the made-to-order nature of our merchandise, returns are only accepted if the product is faulty or does not match the order description. In such cases, please contact us for further assistance.
